If You Want To Request Our Support For Your Event

If you would like to request that we support your community event, whether it is a rally, fundraiser, march, party, or street fair, please use our CONTACT US to send us your question and be sure to include all of the relevant details we would need to consider.

Some important things to consider before contacting us.


WE ARE NOT A SECURITY OR GUARD COMPANY

NOTE, that we are NOT a security company and we do not perform security company functions such as checking ID’s for access to venue’s, verifying age for drinking, and so on. If your permitting requires that you hire a certain number of security personnel WE DO NOT MEET THAT REQUIREMENT.

We can work alongside formal security and guards to support your event if appropriate, but we cannot perform the functions or duties of a security guard and/or guard company.


WE ARE A VOLUNTEER NONPROFIT SAFETY ORGANIZATION

Our Patrollers are trained and ready to act as additional SAFETY “eyes and ears” for your event and we can provide basic first-aid assistance when needed. We will work with you to verify the role and requirements you have, and to determine if – and how – we may be able to assist you in this role.

In this SAFETY function, we will call on professional emergency responders when required, and we will assist those responders when possible – while ensuring the safety and well-being of our Patroller volunteers.


PLEASE GIVE US AS MUCH ADVANCE NOTICE AS POSSIBLE

As a nonprofit corporation that relies entirely on volunteers to provide our services, we are limited in our ability to provide staff at very short notice. The more advance notice and details you provide, the more opportunity we will have to secure some volunteers in support of your event.

30+ days advance notice prior to an event or more would be greatly appreciated and would increase the possibility of us securing volunteer support.

If you provide us with less than at least 14 days advance notice, we are likely not be able to secure volunteers in time to support your event.


WHAT WE CHARGE

As a community nonprofit run by volunteers, our goal is to support the neighborhood and community as much as possible. As such, we normally negotiate a fixed price for event safety support with each organization and event. This price helps us to meet our many community and corporate needs, and assists us in being available to support your, and other events throughout the year.
