SFPD Seeks Your Help In 02/21 Early Morning Castro Assault

At approximately 2:15am on the morning of February 21st, a Castro business merchant and resident was assaulted and held at knife point on the South side of the 2300 block of Market Street. San Francisco Patrol Special Police and San Francisco Police Department Officers responded to the scene and took one female suspect into custody.

Police are seeking anyone who witnessed the incident, and anyone who may have photographs or video of the incident, to contact them immediately.  Please distribute this request as widely as possible to all of your friends and contacts.

Just as in the Boston Marathon case, and the more recent post Pink Saturday assault, video and photos you may have taken, or witness statements, may be the key to securing a conviction of the suspect.
